Technology in the workplace
The “memo” (along with the role play concept) and the “attached” article are best distributed well before a session begins, as it will take a bit of time for participants to read the whole article (some challenging vocabulary there!). A variant would be to have them read only the first few paragraphs of the article – or to work through a longer part together during an earlier session.
