Trust is the basis for all of our relationships. It’s also a foundation for high performance and great results. This 2-hour virtual session starts with the “why” and then quickly dives into the “how”. ### Receiving and working with feedback

**Thursday, 22 October 9.30 - 11.30 CET**

For the vast majority of us, receiving feedback can be difficult. Thanks to our amygdala, feedback can trigger a “threat response” and we then react with unhelpful ”fight or flight” behaviors. However … if we can be curious and move into a listening and understanding mode, we have an opportunity.

This session explores how to respond to feedback and how to explore and possibly find something useful. We’ll then work with the TREMOR approach and you will apply it to your reality. You’ll leave with practical tools and confidence.
